To paraphrase a slogan used by one of our local Dentists: "Good psychological treatment is not as expensive as the lack of good psychological treatment." Certainly successful psychological treatment can cost as much as a good computer system, but a computer cannot impact your life like being relieved of a painful emotional burden. Our hourly rate is below the national average, and considerably below that charged in urban areas of the State. We do not have a "sliding scale", but we are equipped to deal directly with most traditional insurance companies, and Medicare. With few exceptions, people who do not have adequate insurance or resources are referred to public agencies who receive funds from other sources to pay their costs of providing service. Many times we can arrange to receive reimbursement directly from the insurance carrier, leaving you only with the responsibility for co-pays and deductibles. |
