Bob and Gretchen Warwick

• Who are we? ... Bob and Gretchen are clinical psychologists who moved to Adrian, Michigan from Lincoln Nebraska in 1973.  We were delighted with the small town atmosphere, since we had both grown up in the New York metropolitan area.  We came to Adrian because Bob accepted a teaching position at Adrian College.   In 1974, Gretchen started a private practice, Warwick Associates, largely because she did not want to commute to Ann Arbor or Toledo to do work in an agency.    In the years we have lived here, Bob has been a college professor, director of a public mental health agency (Community Mental Health Services of Lenawee County) and since 1981, a clinical psychologist in private practice with Gretchen.  We are both very fortunate in that we love our work, and have the unusual opportunity to work closely together in the same profession.

• Our Hobbies... We have enjoyed many hobbies over the years, including SCUBA diving (we are both Divemasters), and sailing.  Bob has been a radio amateur since fifteen years of age, and has been an avid computer hobbyist since being introduced to programming a IBM main frame in graduate school in the mid 1960's.  We also enjoy Michigan's opportunities for hiking, camping, and canoeing.
