Lenawee PC Users Group program presented MondayOctober 17, 2011 , at  the Lenawee County Library.

The program spent about an hour looking at the possibilities that exist for continuing our education using fantastic resources that are available just for the clicking.  Your Ipod or mp3 player can turn boring exercise on a treadmill into time for an educational experience.  Someone once said that "youth is wasted on the young".  I suggest that the same case could be made for education.  After we have experienced a bit of life, organizing our thinking about a given area is greatly enhanced by gaining further education.

There are so many top universities offering free programs on the web that there are websites that organize the courses.  We can use these websites to our advantage in finding a course on something we would like to know about.  Course vary from simply written materials, to audio lectures, audio-visual presentations, and full animated presentations using Adobe Flash and Java Scripts.
